Due to hygiene regulations, we do not allow or accept returned earrings.
damaged or faulty goods
Earrings that arrive damaged or defective may be eligible for reimbursement/exchange, however, we must be notified within 10 days of delivery/purchase. Proof/photo of damage must be provided. Proof of purchase may be requested as well. Once received, we will gladly offer a replacement/refund.
